2. A mattress on the lawn - nasty 3. Food in the fridge - no electricity 4. Demolished Blinds - three rooms 5. Bags of trash in the hallway - not to mention all the unbagged trash in every room 6. Lots of recyclable bottles - so many in closet the door won't shut - but they are dirty and sticky and stinky 7. Dog doo doo in dining room - and a broken dog crate 8. Cat doo doo under kitchen sink - and under a couple of other kitchen cupboards 9. Half empty can of ravioli on bookshelf with 1" of mold - plus dirty dishes in every room and lots of empty snack containers in the bedrooms 10. A cooler full of water and a dirty disposable diaper - all of their children were grade school age 11. An overflowing septic system - a two bedroom trailer with an added den - they (2 adults and 3 childern) had 2 more adults, 3 more children, a couple of other guests move in - with 3 cats. 12. That sounds horrible, until I stop to think that you're probably getting rich on one of those "No Money Down!" real estate programs. Right? Right!?
Just think of it as sweat equity and in just a few more years we'll be sending in $169.95 for your DVD set on how to make a fortune in real estate.

My family has had to clean up almost every single thing you listed from our rent house in Texas. Thank goodness it's almost sold. There were a couple different times we had to go spend the weekend there so we could clean. Vomit-inducing stuff, let me tell you. Well, I don't have to I guess. It sounds like you already know. =)
